Made and shipped in the USA, orders typically take one week of processing to ship (five business days).

Terms of Service
All purchases come with a 1-3 weeks (up to 15 business days) estimated processing time for design or shipping after a purchase is made.
In terms of design, all orders will be completed within 1-3 weeks (up to 15 business days) of the original purchase.
When ordering, you may experience a 'price' increase on certain items. This includes all items size 2XL and larger (in most if not all cases), and some variants of items depending on the material amount used. This is simply to accommodate for the extra material used on larger items.
In terms of shipping, any and all items purchased will have a 1-3 week (up to 15 business days) processing time (often sooner but not always) after an order is placed; at which point a product is shipped. Please view our Expected Production Times for a more general idea of shipping times for different items we offer directly and inside print on demand.
Print on Demand (typically listed as 'street gear' on our website are all made in partnership with partner companies and facilities. All partner facilities offer 100% U.S.A Production but will produce where it makes sense for international orders. With all Street Gear/Print on Demand there is a slight risk that an item will run out of stock after you order it. If this ever happens we will contact you and offer a full refund for that item or a switch to a similar product.
Item 'Mockups' aka the visual representation of items you see on our website may not always be 100% accurate of a final print you get in-hand. Small amenities seen on products such as zippers, pull strings and any other comparable item may be shown in a 'Mockup' and not actually available on a product. For this reason we encourage customers to visit our review page and see examples of printed items before ordering. All art and art packs bought through this website the purchaser agrees that if they move their store off this website, their store will be moved indefinitely (will not be deleted at any point) to our defunct tabs. We will never send 'print files' for art as they are proprietary.
If a serious back up with occurs with orders, EsportsGear reserves the right to process all orders within 20 business days after an order is made. After the 15th business day, up to but not limited discounts may be applied to an order for the inconvenience.
All 'Print on Demand' products (previously known as 'Street Gear') are made by domestic third party companies and not EsportsGear LLC. If there are errors on an order, EsportsGear will mediate conversation with the producing party. Refunds or exchanges for these products will completely be on the third party company.
We do not offer returns on any of our products unless there is a manufacturer error with material. This is because all of our items are custom made. For all other issues all purchases are final.
Please remember there is a 1-3 weeks (up to 15 business days) estimated processing period with all our products. This does mean some orders will ship before the 15 business day period, you should receive an email once an item ships. Shipping occurs after processing and falls onto the preferred method of shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
